We are all different and the one program for everyone doesn't always work. We all have different goals and requirements. We are at different stages in life.

Don't know exactly what you want yet, that's ok to. It will be my job during the assessment to help you discover what you're needs may be. Its at this stage a plan will be put into place. That's it, you're all set. Now its time to execute.

The Healthy Living Eating Program
I believe that a balanced approach to nutrition go hand in hand with a workout regiment. A diet comes and goes but a change of eating habits will last forever. You didn't learn your poor eating habits over night. You'll need to re-learn new healthier habits and will take time and done in stages.
If you make too harsh a change, it will not take to being a natural way of eating. That is why diets do not last and you wind up going right back to old patterns.
First stage:

Write a food journal (habitual awareness is key)

Substitute poor food choices with better ones

Eat for what your body needs

Slow mindful eating
