My philosophy is: use more of what works and less of what does not.

 

Albert Einstein said it best: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

​It seems simple, but we are sure you know someone that keeps repeating old patterns over and over again. Maybe you know this person intimately? 

​

The phrase Mind Body Spirit has been thrown around a lot these days. What does that mean practically? It means that in order to achieve harmony you must work on and attempt to balance each of the three aspects. 

​

As your coach, I will help you to be aware of your patterns, assist in facilitating change and thus creating the freedom to replace old patterns that simply no longer work for you.

How does mindfulness work?

Some experts believe that mindfulness works, in part, by helping people to accept their experiences—including painful emotions—rather than react to them with aversion and avoidance.
